Shall I disillusion you? They come back needing more help with different things. and I'm still looking for evidence that they are completely off the payroll.

A whole 11.5 years after heading off to Uni I moved back in with my parents, with no proper exit strategy
In the end I was only there for 7 months though :)

They were generous enough to feed, water and shelter me, but I didn't cost them much else.

On my brother's 18th birthday, my parents, siblings and I all went out for dinner, and my Dad said he was relieved that his financial responsibilities as a parent were at an end.

As I was the only one actually working for a living, and bruv was still at school and my sisters both in tertiary education, I have a funny feeling he might not have thought it was entirely true....

One of my sisters is 29, and lives with my parents, as does my Bruv when he's not in South Korea.

God, and now I go out and some one else has seen fit to rearrange all the turn out and put out the lame horse...grrererrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Will not call and yell, but really, really want to. In fact, lame horse is happy, but.....was not that persons decision. Oh dear. I have to put on my boss boots and spurs I think.

I made a call about a stallion for me yesterday, but the seller hasn't called back. We don't have the best facilities for a boy though.... But I reckon he and I could have some fun, he is stout and feisty, but sure, so he'd carry me well and I could have fun.

That's really weird. 30 years ago I also bought a B&O receiver and turntable from an ad. Still have turntable in the loft somewhere, needs a new belt.

The weirdness continues ...30 years ago I bought a B&O 2200 for my husband for his birthday.

It came from a shop. The tuner amp and speakers are still in use.

Michaels hasn't been on this thread since you posted that, but be prepared for his response once he does see it.....

It has been prompted by his clippering in private places....and he will kill me if he knew this was a topic on the NPT thread.....but I fell about laughing as a whole patch of body was bald (around you know where) and then there was all this manly hair everywhere else.

This made me laugh out loud. I have only partially explained to OH as he might install controls to stop me reading this stuff if he knew the truth.

He has never waxed any bits ever. Me on the other hand.

Really, never? Maybe you should wax him for Christmas or something. Change makes a nice novelty, even if its not your thing. :)

My sister is nearly 36 and my parents are still paying her an allowance. She doesn't live at home though.

Oooh - just remembered. My brother and I still get pocket money.

£30 a month. I think that is more in pocket money territory than an allowance :)
