Think we discussed it here before.. There is a nice one in the states, but not nice enough to buy unseen and not nice enough to make be faff with samples from there.
The idea of black is growing on my, just not sure about this one. Love the pattern but not the pink on the black.0 -
Oh no. This is as good as it gets. I am also at my peak.
Apart form verbal reasoning it is all downhill from here.
Did you also know that women over 50 who haven't worked for 1 year, are more likely to die than get another job?
I'll just sit and watch Jeremy Kyle from now on.0 -

I've seen her in people's houses in one of her current programmes and she says "I'll put a QR code here on the wall...." then she stands back and points her iPad at the QR code and they can see on her iPad how their house will look from that point.
You need a similar functionality so you can hold up your iPad and see how things might look. Or Photoshop it I guess.0 -
Qr code?

Am I wrong to be perplexed by the following, in Javascript?
y="5"*5 -> 25 as the answer, ie the string gets converted into a number
y="5"+5 -> 55 as the answer, rather than 10, ie the + gets used as a string operator rather than an arithmetical one.
It could have been implemented either way, and this seems inconsistent.
(Just learning Javascript, as I want to try out an internet project.)
How about the data type of the first term takes precedence if the operator supports that data type but automatic type conversion occurs if the operator won't take the data type: + can also be a string concatenation operator but * only means times.....I think....0 -

But I made that lot up about what it does by guessing.0 -

Java script is a type of Indonesian caligraphy.
Being crewels with monkeys is using monkeys to bully people. Frankly I thought LiR would be better than that but it just goes to show that you never really know someone.0 -
I just had a peak at the 50+ MSE board. Its all winter fuel payments, pension payments, retirement discounts....

I've just made it to 50.:p
Snap....I thought it would feel
but I quite like being a round number again.
Well I had the interview today and I think it went well. It's always hard being interviewed by someone you know but I'd be pretty disappointed not to get a second interview at least.
Good luck, I am sure you caned it.:)It does stop dehydration - I think the hope was that it might encourage him to eat or make him more alert, which it doesn't seem to have done. They can only use the sub-cut for two weeks, after that, they seem to be at a bit of a loss and it will be purely palliative.
Sorry to read that BL.....thoughts with you.
We don't have a good situation with my mother at the mo but have no idea of the timescale involved....all we know is there is no cure / medication and she will just decline slowly and painfully over a period of time but no-one has given her any idea of how long.
.....and I will be a bit awol over the next 2- 3 weeks as things business-wise are now full steam to Xmas plus my house is still half built.
I will try to pop in most days to keep up but may only be able to skim through quickly.0
