I'm fine. It turns out I have SPS: Stupid Person Syndrome. I'm still a bit wobbly from the accident but there's nothing physically wrong.0

Glad it is only your pride that is dented. On the bright side, you wrote so well about what a bad day you are having that it did make me me laugh out loud.
:T
If that sounds mean I appologise.0 -

Glad to hear you are ok Gen. From what I hear it is the England team that have come off worse, so hopefully you didn't have access to a telly after all. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

A question for our resident legal eagles. Given the seriousness of keeping three people as slaves for 30 years, one of whom was a child, why have those arrested for this been bailed?
I understand that being arrested is not the same as being charged, but this is so grave a case, and the couple are allegedly foreign, so surely a flight risk... I know if I was facing a lengthy jail sentence I would be plotting my escape from the clutches of the law asap. Unless I was innocent of course. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I think it's fair to say that England are coming a convincing second in this match.0 -

I saw most of it and TBH I was pretty happy with what I saw.
There's no shame in being beaten by a better side, the shame is in letting yourself be beaten. That was the difference between the 2 innings: Australia batted poorly yesterday and lost the day. Australia bowled and fielded brilliantly today and won it.
England bowled quite well yesterday and didn't really do anything wrong with the batting today. Carberry batted very well I thought and nobody else really got in. It's possible to argue that KP got out to a loose shot I guess and the tail played as the tail does. It was just one of those days and there really isn't any way back for England. 200 is a decent 4th innings score and England are already 224 behind with 10 wickets still to take.
Player for player England are better. Playing in Australian conditions evens things up. It reminds me of 2005 only in reverse.0 -
