Our living room curtains took 32m of material - at £78 / metre, that would be rather pricey! £2.5k........much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

Perhaps we can reassess together.
How can a man with 2 kids and a 90 minute bus ride to work get 2 hours of exercise in 5 days a week?
Just thinking laterally for a moment, maybe there's an opening for buses equipped with gym equipment? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

I only have one sitting room window
We won't mention the number of windows elsewhere, huh?
At some of the upmarket second hand curtain shops you sometimes see more than that being asked for second hand curtains. :eek:0 -

Just to add that I'd much rather be riding a bike than a bus.0 -

There's only one window in our living room, too, it's just a very large one....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
I'm obviously not a kind person, because I was immensely amused by this:

We all make mistakes, but usually not as publicly or in quite such a big way.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Lol, just one sash window in ours then.
Kitchen curtains keep making me gulp.
We put up some cheap white blinds last week end. And then agreed we hate them. :rotfl:0 -
We've bought a door curtain & one of those poles that opens/closes the curtain with the door as it opens closes.
Guess what I'll be doing this weekend...
& I have to work tomorrow too! It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
