I think I want to put something between one of the back doors and the loo. (You know the one I mean doozergirl? ) its a small space and will one day be a narrow corridor and I'm a little worried about the impact of people (and dogs) leaning and scraping against what is in effect wall paper.
And I cannot decide what. I want something that links to the outside space definitely and although I'm screaming at the naff ness I quite like the idea of this

Although I also love this.

The e suite bathroom decor is already chosen and is from that site, even though its scarily white, for me. I don't know what's wrong with me. I don't 'do' white yet will have done two white bathrooms. Its ok though, because the e suite one will also have lots of colour in it.
I like the second one, which probably means you should go for the first.
My grandmother had a wallpaper covered in little fishes in her bathroom, on the three sides of wall that surrounded the bath and a blue painted ceiling. Lying in the bath you really felt you were in a fish tank.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. That said, my vegan friend always used to avoid asking whether roast potatoes were cooked in animal fat, as he loved roast potatoes. If he knew they were animal fat cooked, he couldn't eat them, however if he did know, they were off.:p
On another thread people keep talking about potatoes roasted in goose fat, this is meant to be appealing! I don't know if it is the goose or the fat that is the attraction.
I have a portly friend who was asked if he was vegetarian, to which his reply was "do I look like a vegetarian?"
We have having a party soon, no-one has told me they are veggie, so I am assuming that no-one is. If they are they will have to manage with side dishes of rice and noodles as I have made no provision for veggies.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. £850k.
It sold for £690k in April this year and they have done absolutely nothing except live in it for six months.
I think they may be 'having a giraffe'.
A three bed semi came on in St A today, it is in a good but not brilliant road, in a good but the best school catchment, is OK but not designer/move in state and is a good 25 minutes walk from the station...and they are asking 795 which I think is about 200k over what it is worth. Generally when something comes on over priced it still sits a long time taking a serries of price reductions ending up onsold where as property pitched at a sensible price goes very quickly, possibly for more than asking if there are competing buyers.
Part of me is tempted to put our 'project' back on the market in the spring looking for a quick 10% profit without doing anything to it....I think....0 -

Roasting potatoes in goose fat has been all the rage for a few years now. I think that Jamie Oliver did it once on the telly or something.0 -

None of family Michaels are veggie so including us on the invite list won't require you to adjust the menuI think....0 -
If I were a veggie I'd rather pick out the bits I could eat ...... as the alternative is that the host would go to a lot of trouble to accommodate me and I might really hate what they made (probably bl00dy mushrooms).0

Potatoes roasted in goose fat ARE good.
. ( as is adding semolina to the shake after parboil stage...a la nigella)

I have absolutely no idea what to make for supper. Not tofu. Tried that last night wanting to look for something instead of meat but that was awful.
I swear before they made be give up all this stuff I didn't react even half as violently to anything.....I mean, I didn't even think anything was properly wrong with my GIT..

Too late to make bread, no ff in. ( he had them last weekend :rotfl:)
I think I'll give him pasta and just watch him, or suggest he get something to eat on the train. I know he will not be best pleased but io just don't think I can face a potato and want a night of feeling grim.
I'm going to try tomato consomm! at the weekend. Maybe all the stuff filtered out of it will make it ok. I just want something fresh so badly!0
