Ever since FC linked to photo wall I've been slightly obcessed.

I think I want to put something between one of the back doors and the loo. (You know the one I mean doozergirl? ) its a small space and will one day be a narrow corridor and I'm a little worried about the impact of people (and dogs) leaning and scraping against what is in effect wall paper.

And I cannot decide what. I want something that links to the outside space definitely and although I'm screaming at the naff ness I quite like the idea of this

    Although I also love this.

The e suite bathroom decor is already chosen and is from that site, even though its scarily white, for me. I don't know what's wrong with me. I don't 'do' white yet will have done two white bathrooms. Its ok though, because the e suite one will also have lots of colour in it.

Ours still have little shower caps over them from when fitted. I'll be honest. I didn't want them and only had them because building control made me. :(.

I know the one in the cheese room is going to annoy the ^*]{ out of me.

We took the shower hats off this summer 12 months after they were fitted when we had the foreign students staying, it just seemed like the right thing to do....

One time when I was going to sleep I could hear this very faint beeping. After a mega search we found it was an old CO detector stored in a box in the garage - based on the fuel consumption I had always thought that car ran a bit rich. We stopped keeping that car in the garage after that.
    I think....

I know the wall, LIR. What a nice, quirky place to put it. I love the first one, particularly.

Not sure if you will see this, but I thought you might want to know I ink I have found a really helpful product for skin like ours. ;) Have your tried healgel? Don't let pn look at the price.....

Mine arrived yesterday and I forgot to take it upstairs last night, I used it this morning and instantly my skin felt super comfortable. Its not really flaring ATM, just a tiny slightly drier bit ...instantly gone and tiniest number of very small rosacea bumps, (my skin is good enough atm to be make up free, but not flawless.....so, i'm content with that when you consider what my body is going through nutritionally etc atm). but it just feels GREAT on my skin. I emailed the people before buying and they are sending me a same of the anti aging stuff to as they said not to buy it in case it aggravates, so I'll let you know. They don't give samples of healgel intensive (the relevant one) but if you were to wander near a big space nk I think they stock it, so you could explain and ask them to put some on you. I find space nk brilliantly understanding about samples and the need to try before you buy. Well, they have to be I think. But I ordered direct from healgel.

    :D

I like that place because its not somewhere in your face. Its just somewhere it will make one smile on the way to the loo. :)

I'm still trying to work out the finer details of my narnian woods hall way. As we have to save for the extension I figure I have plenty of time, but I might paint the whole thing and do a dummy run to see.....

I'm hoping the painter is coming in this weekend too, he hasn't called me back yet.......it might be next weekend he's starting the bathroom. But Sunday starts dry so would be good to get a coat on the out side of bathroom windows......

Edit.....as soon as the heating and plying debacle is over I think I'll start looking for a bath for the en suite. I think that lead one was the closest to being one I liked but I went off it. DH still wants copper, but while I love them, I'm not sure about the shape.

Saying that, I occasionally have to look at the 'last programmed location' on the sat nav to remember, although I am fine most the time.

I'm getting to the end of a heavy 6 month work pattern, so afterthe break, I'm more refreshed!

And what did you say about taking it easy to me;)

Sorry Bugs, we're in with a decent shot of winning this year, so it's had all I have.

I hereby solemnly declare, that I will only work 3x100h weeks this year (the 2 in May, and in Kiev), just for you!

I will be having most of December for 'me time', so there is no need to worry

House a few doors or so down from the one we didn't buy has just been listed.

    £850k.

It sold for £690k in April this year and they have done absolutely nothing except live in it for six months.

I think they may be 'having a giraffe'.

OK, I'll let you off this once:rotfl:

Make the most of December, I will get two weeks off and intend to do virtually nothing.
