I can't keep up with the speed of the thread of the moment. Everytime I manage to get back on line there are another six pages. Apologies if I don't catch everything that's going on.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? No, twenty. If I viewed on 40 I'd miss stuff. But then by viewing 20 I'm still missing stuff. It's that time of year where everything comes at once in my calendar. May give it a try zag. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Feel mean tonight.
A person we know ( and I don't feel well disposed to ) is splitting from partner, phoned for help, primarily to ask if we would take pet until they were settled and I have said I'd rather not but will help hunt ( on
One) for a suitable rental. Was pushing for me to take pet but doesn't want to rehome just to bring for undefined period of time.
Its a lot of upsetting the AppleCart and for an undefined period of time means long enough to fall in love or get lumped with vet bills, or for animals to form close attachments......a fortnight, sure...but ' a while' and I don't even like the person....its been a difficult evening, because everyone else thinks I'm in the wrong and should have the creature.
( of course I wouldn't see it suffer, and if push comes to shove I suppose it will come here, but I'm not sing that because if i do no other option will be saught:( )0 -
Lir, do they know how rough you've been recently? That's one heck of a big ask of someone who is not well and already has a menagerie. What you have said is fair, irrespective of your inclination towards that person. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? With my rekindled MSE money saving interest I have written a Christmas pressie budget this evening.
Excluding OH and DD, and work team, added up it all came to .....too much.
So I have given it a hair cut.
In a nut shell:
Siblings we like - £75 gift
Siblings I am not so fond of £30
Loved OH neice -£35
Liked OH nephews - £10
My adult neice and nephews just wine
Great neices and nephews who we rarely see and of whom there are many - aged 1 to 16 - £10 each
Friends littlies who we see and have a realtionship with £25 each
Neighbours £10
Friends £30 ish
That is £550+ which is good. We just have to stick to it.
Who do NP buy for?0
