Isn't Panama where the "canoe death" Darwin fraudsters wanted to relocate after his fake death and insurance payout, and came a cropper as they didn't realise that the Panamanian internet was the same as the British one?

yeah we could, but we don't need to and it wouldn't make much difference as we can already borrow more than the level of risk we are prepared to take on.

It's been wellying down with enthusiasm here in the centre of London for the past few hours. Can't tell if it's particularly windy, as our windows look on to a very enclosed back yard, where it's never windy, really.

Ok it is very windy here now, has woken me up. Not flying cows windy though, thankfully.

It is also v warm, but opening the window is probably a particularly bad idea.

Hope you are ok. We weren't woken up by anything, and as everything is so disrupted have decided to wait til lighter to chech. Killing me to wait. But I think its missed us, dispite news saying everything from Bath down losing power...

I don't think it has been too bad here, it just woke me up. I think my post Buncefield slightly poorly fitting window doesn't help. Heard some car alarms and a siren in the night, but fences and trees here still upright and will hopefully stay that way.
