OH has a big birthday next week and I haven't a clue what to buy him.
Any suggestions?
A unicycle!
Someone got me one a year ago. It's ace! Everyone I've mentioned it to thinks it is an ace present!
Presents should be fun, & something you wouldn't buy yourself in my opinion.:)It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
Thanks for the PM Lemonjelly.
It lefts me flushed and frantic. All resolved now!0 -

I gave my 'little' bro a unicycle a few years ago, I thought it was a great idea - may not be connected but since then he has decied to opt out of both giving and receiving family presents...
We also would not be without our ice-making cold filtered water dispensing fridge, it also has a rotating paddle and large ice holder, problem is you don't find out it has jammed until the ice stops and then it takes a few days for there to be no risk of running out of ice. The DKs have reported back in amazement from playing with friends that they get water from a tapI think....0 -

Happy Birthday missk! _party_Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0
