    And I've just seen horrid neurologists spouse I think.....(might be totally wrong, but its an educated guess. My goodness. They punched well above their weight...oh, Hang on, second look.....nah, nope, I was looking into the light first time. :).
  • As I was coming in to the hospital I saw a slim, elegant woman stop light two cigarette and walk off, smoking both at the same time.

    Now that's a habit!

    She probably thinks it's 'multitasking'

    Worcester seems a very nice place to me whenever I go there, which is admittedly only occasionally.
    Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
    Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
    Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

    Hope she's OK - and Gen, too, he's been on the quiet side since Mrs Gen was ill, hasn't he?

    In my Mags court days, I met a great-grandmother in her 40s, who had 3 g-great-grandchildren.
