When I get a mo, I will go back on google + try to find the wallpaper digital printing place as it was really reasonable and you can custom your print. Say you find a tree shadow you like from Shuttershock, they can change the background or tree colours to the ones you would prefer.0 -
Hit a snag with sons purchase....we found flat but then 3 bidders but he got it. Then mortgage deposit has to be 15% as he doesn't have a perm contract (despite having contracts taking him up to 2017 with a salary increase each year)............and Bank of M+D is to the limit with a 10%-er. He is going to try the Bank of Grandad but we may have to find another 9k ouch. That's a lot of extra pointless consumer goods I'll have make + sell.
Ouch indeed. Congrats on winning the bidding. Hope you manage to find the extra down the back of someone's sofa or something...0 -
Sorry, it's shutterstock.
Found a tree shadow image 1st search but there will be tons more on there.

You pay to download the image (you probably need a very high res one as you will be enlarging) and send it to your printer...and Voila!, you have custom wallpaper0 -
?? I think I am thick tonight? Introduction to what? Are on an online dating site at the mo
The first proper chapter of the thesis. Where I waffle on around the general subject, introducing it and showing how clearly important the guff in the following chapters is going to be...
The thought of online dating is gently terrifying at the moment. I'll try getting out and about a bit more first, when I've got the Big Things out of the way0 -

Well done! :T:beer::DOuch indeed. Congrats on winning the bidding. Hope you manage to find the extra down the back of someone's sofa or something...
What Nikkster said.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

Can you leave late and drive while the kids are asleep?
Did the nice lady have ladders in her tights?
They were.
Urgent call to help mum. A journey of 155 miles, extended to 161 by taking M40 to avoid M25 bottle neck took 3 hrs 39 minutes. Best time is 2 hrs 24 minutes, generally considered good if I do it in under 2 hrs 35mins.
I figured that if I left hone before 3 the traffic wouldn't be busy yet. I was wrong.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. But at least that's a LOT less stressful than the calls I was getting from the lifeline service saying she'd had a fall so could I go and have a look. The Lifeline system asks for two contact numbers - and when the owner of the button presses it for assistance, if it's not urgent/immediate (e.g. home invasion or heart attack requiring an ambulance) they contact the contacts to go out and deal with/assess the situation and needs further.
She is OK.
Needed a procedure doing and got a cancellation to have it done immediately, but wasn't going to do it unless someone (someone generally = me) was there to nurse.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
