Ah well. They don't know what they'll be missing out on. Its a good warm up for the job you really want next week. :)

Exactly. My guess is that they cannot handle the hot stuff;)

That Slater's being annoying on my telly again. His version of leftovers for starters......

He said he had a few leftover cherries ... yet the amount he's got is double the amount I'd start off buying.

Then he's used 2 pints of milk and a vanilla pod.

"One of the things I love to do after dinner is bring out some cherries"
    Yeah, right.

I normally open a can of Pepsi.

Now 2 pints of cream are going in .... he must be feeding an army.

He's mixing a rice pudding with whipped cream, cherries, chocolate - and he's going to freeze that lot as a faux ice cream. Freeze if 4-5 hours so it's crispy frozen on the outside, but moist inside.

Surely he can't eat all that.... it's enough to feed 12. . .

    Posh knob.

Ditto...what happened to the current one...or can't you say?

    How's the thesis going Niks?

Found out a friend who iced hers 20 odd years ago got paid 40k sponsorship to finish it a few years back. She still hasn't done it and now is being sued for the return of the £ or to hand over what is done (to be used for an exhib catalogue ).

Its going slowly, but its going. This isn't going to be the most fun-filled week I've ever had!

Two more things on my list for the main introduction and then that's done. Hoping to get it polished off then I might treat myself to a bit of Newsnight and then some sleep.

I don't think anyone would pay me 40p to finish mine, nor would I want them too. I'm not even sure that my supervisor will let me submit, but I don't really care any more. It's just about having 'a thesis' now.

That would be good......where is it as I could meet you halfway somewhere afterwards?

We are in Covent Garden for Photoshop course Tues + Weds.

I booked it as we were quiet (August usually is) and now some big appointments have come out the blue and I am on a mission to max out one in September.
It's stuff for a specific promo and could be the Margate Roof + window ££.

Chatted to the buyer today on what she was after so I will make as much as possible to fit her brief......and hope she orders tons of product :)

Hit a snag with sons purchase....we found flat but then 3 bidders but he got it. Then mortgage deposit has to be 15% as he doesn't have a perm contract (despite having contracts taking him up to 2017 with a salary increase each year)............and Bank of M+D is to the limit with a 10%-er. He is going to try the Bank of Grandad but we may have to find another 9k ouch. That's a lot of extra pointless consumer goods I'll have make + sell.

Its great isn't it! Apart from the woman......
    What woman?

At the bottom of the panel there is a funny woman in the pattern ( there is a man in the old lie...Wilfred own style obviously...morose..but still beaiputilful.).

Think its near bottom left....have another look.....
