cross toes, legs and fingers till noon for me everyone :)

michaels, can you sneak out from work in the pm for a coffee?
I'll schedule a meeting in outlook, what insights will you be able to provide me into providing operational data? However if it isn't lunchtime it will have to be a quickie - there is a costabucks at the west entrance of St james park tube.
    I think....

    Everything crossed.

To redress the 'power balance' just visualise the members of the interview panel sitting on the loo.

    :rotfl: :rotfl:

To be brutally honest, I have no idea why I'm being interviewed for this one.

I don't have the essential experience (but working knowledge around it) and it seems odd.

Next Thursday is the one that will be worse. (as I want that one and I am not sure I am good enough!)

But also having sat in an interview panel, I know people will be able to make their minds up quickly and they will do their best to reassure people re nerves. Can't fake what you don't know :)

After my night, working most of hte time from 1pm yesterday until about half an hour ago, i can tell you a lot about prisons - the case was against one!
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

Congrats to Sue on more great results - did you have any results today Lydia?

Yes thanks. They were fine. One student went up a grade from what I predicted, and the rest were as predicted.

    Good luck missk x

    Indeed. Knock 'em dead. :)
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

    Good luck Missk!

I am very good with alarms, first bit of noise from one and I am awake....yet I can sleep through the noises from next door no problem at all.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

best of luck - and may your tights never ladder.

Ditto. I find it hard to go to sleep, and hard to wake up. Whatever state of wakefulness I'm in, I don't like to change.

I find it hard to go to sleep but easy to wake up. As before, I can sleep through noises from next door but an out of place noise in my own house will have me awake straight away!

It's always a nuisance when we google for something and discover something else uses the same term.

Pinterest might be a better bet as it's full of middle class women with nothing better to do with their time than post pictures of nice wallpaper.
