diamond firstly calm down, in every store u get bad eggs im sorry about whats happened to you....
also ok i do agree in a way that we do do You sheets which tend to not be good for everyone however the you sheet is very simple the questions we ask are all relavent and do not take over 5 minutes to complete if done right, and again not all customers have the same needs, but this does tend to be very usefull for about 80% of the customers .....The number im making up from the 30-40 people that i have served.....however with every customer i have asked the same questions but some knew what they wanted to so i went and done a credit check...
At the moment i havent sold anything and i am not commision driven because the basic salary is actually enought for me, but i am great with people and i know more than i should about phones....if you come into my store you will be 100% satisfied....We and ALL high street mobile stores are commision based as far as i know CPW have the biggest commisions and i know everyone has been hurt by them one way or another....e2save ...ENOUGHT SAID ....i was done for 600 quid so i shud know ...
With us you get what we say and we do not make it difficult for you to get your cashback ....We treat every customer the same and were not BAD BAD BAD as you make us out to be.....

We stand outside the door with flyers when business is going bad, some stores do the same and it is a effective method and i have seen it work many times.0 -
Ps dimonds you said you use P4U to price check...why not use our website instead of WASTING our time ...i literally hate people like u ....
They come, they talk for 1 hour, everything good you think deals closed you have given them an exellent deal that there happy with and then they turn around and say OW o2 retentions are offering a E65 for 20 quid a month and 700 mins and a 100 txt .....We cant beat this deal ...no one can ...WHY WASTE MY HOUR AN UR OWN HOUR ...
I guess we get people like u mainly around lunch time ...just an hour to waste ...why not waste my time RIGHT?
However i have learned very quickly every customer should be treated fair and in the best mannor possible, because everyone is a potential customer :d
Im new to the company, ill be honest i love the job so far ...i have a lot of fun and im motivated like hell, great managers, great place to work on oxford street. Just if less people done wat you are saying then our job would be easyer ......but thats never going to happen otherwise whats the point of having sales men?
Ps. we sit the customer down, find there needs ....not many people do that ...CPW they ask u wat u want ...ask for proofs....do a credit check and then make a offer of a tariff ....and please dont nobody denie this because its happened to me ....with phones4u i went sat down ...asked a few questions ...got shown a phone....got made an offer...I loved it but wanted to get discount...Was offered discount....i wanted more ....they wudnt go more and so i went ...hhehehehehehe got a call 2 days later which made me think woooaaahhh hes good but did make me think he was desperate for the sale ...
E2save story ....I called to buy a contract the guy was just bla bla bla u want 2 and on ....he made it like it was all good he talked a lot sold both phone because well i sorta bought it through price matching .....18 months later and 600 quid cashback down i tried to call the guy he locked the phone off on my face....when making the sale he does it in an instant and i was 17 buying with my dads card ...HE DIDNT CARE at all he wanted to make the sale .... if u check my posts i did make a post asking for help but people told me what i knew0 -

I agree, 4U has very nice customer service especially those in shop. Been allocated for a seat with the consultant when they are processing my applications which is much better than those in CPW shop where i have to stand and able to look at how many people queuing behind just like Post Office.
I signed with them for my first two contract, after that i realised the contract from the net is cheaper or the network retentions department.0 -
just saying my experience at my local store was and it still is terrible, and the staff here arent out at the door they are up down and across the street, and I dont need help when i pricecheck I know all the deals direct for comparison & main online retailers a CPW book and a nosey at P4U, I certainly dont waste a min of your staffs time - im well self informed, I find myself helping other customers when store staff ( of all the indirect/direct stores ) are not sure hesitant, aswell as in Tesco on payg & always tell people taking contracts pay a bit more for extra mins they will use some months cos 35p over the 200mins you think you'll use is hell of more expensive - better paying extra couple quid for more @ start and a better phone, I tell upgraders to go direct & explain the MSE way to haggle, so your right you prob do hate me & my twin - dimonds
oh by the way i spent ages with a guy off MSE last night, going through his usage, needs etc.... N95 - 90quid on Racoon 18 months 100 credit 800 x net, free unlimited landlines & 100 texts for 31.50pm with Orange broadband
@ 5quid with unlimited livebox calls to 100 countries & Orange mobiles & 01/02 calls 36.50 a month
considering he was on 3 Talk n Text 1100 @ 45.00 pm and paying BT Broadband, I saved him a good bit, and I done that out goodness my heart not cos im paid to/earn commisson/meet my target so try be less judgemental just cos I state fraud at manager level went on @ my local P4U, pushy rude staff and they do pimp the street doesnt fit in with your values of the company, there is no need to attack anyone for an opinion,
I have been offered numerous jobs on the spot with my knowledge in stores over the years & I have always declined, maybe I should go for it, i dont need to push customers to spend slightly more on bolt ons they are stuck with than needed all for better commision for oneself/company, my customer service always reaped rewards, maybe I should reap commission these days........oh yes and I was a supervisor in retail @ 17, manager @ 18 and retired from retail @ 21 as I could go no further with the company, I know customers, and wasting my time or not I didnt " hate " them - thats part of the job you deal with the public directly

your basic pay is to assist, commission is your bonus for a sale, you certainly have a P4U attitude already...........SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
diamond again if you deal with 10 people who come and take an hour of your time and then in the last minute come out with something funny like a retentions deal or that they want a n95 at 20 quid a month ....Through out the whole day then you will be annoyed to say the very least...
What sort of retail was this? because mobiles and clothes are totally different ...I worked in retail before and had customers wanting laptops for under 300 and was top spec....You get time wasters all over the place...
When i said " why not use our website instead of WASTING our time " i was slightly annoyed at what you said about prostituting ourside the store ...and also have had a tought day. I had some strange customers that day so i do know a thing or 2 about time wasters ...this guy we talked for an hour everythings all great found him the best tariff and explain why it was so good for him, he went to get proofs i called him an hour later when i was expecting him. He said hes coming later then i called at 7 because i was leaving soon and he pretended that i called wrong number ...I wont bother him again but whats the point of that? Couldnt he just tell me that he has changed his mind?
Also what i have learned is not to cherry pick because every customer is a potential buyer, and seriously the basic salary is enought for me as i have worked for less a day. However i would love to hit targets which is what i am doing.
Honestly i dont think there is another mobile retailer with as good service as p4u and i know anyone who has been with us previously would say the same...
Im still new i have a lot to learn ...:D0
