Seen as your making me beleive i shouldn't have been arrested to take a statement im going to complain to the independent police complaints commision.
Would this be the correct place in order to make a complaint?
Yeah off you go and make your complaint.
They'll ask the same questions you've failed to answer on here.
But won't do anything until the police have finished and it's been to court.
That will be sometime next year, so plenty time to get your story right.0 -
Unless of course the arrest was lawful and you'd be wasting your time.0

Well funny enough they will have there own police reports so any information you feel i haven't stated will actually be on there reports to confirm what i have said is legitimate.
Why would i need to lie??! I Dont know what your trying to imply.0 -
Only someone very dodgy would have the frame of mind you seem to have.....0

What reports they have will depend on what they did and you are reluctant to give the full story.;)0 -
Assuming there is one credible witness, or he admits the criminal damage, or if he is charged with causing criminal damage and is convicted, then you can sue for damage.
If not you are pretty much stuffed.0 -
I've said it completely as it was, i have no need to lie, ive come for advise on this website as ive never been in a situation like this and dont know what im ment to do. Thought i would find people that could help not interrogate me as if ive committed an offence.
Thanks fort the useful information but the not so useful information is quite offensive.0 -
Did they actually say "you are under arrest for *whatever*" and read you your rights? If so what was the *whatever*?0
