Im trying to squeeze the last drops of summer from Cumbria by sporting NI Queen Victoria Street on my toes. My Alcatraz rocks has been dispatched so hopefully it will be here for the weekend so I can experiment on my fingernails - as I dont think id be able to stand liquid sand on my toes.
Yes, the liquid sand is difficult to remove. I try not to wear it on my toes too.moneyless_mac wrote: »Small UU
sachet Elemis quiet mind bath elixir - although nice I dont love it enough to justify the price tag but would happily use it again
I feel the same way about this product. It's lovely but I find you need to add loads to your bath for decent bubbles. I'm now on my last bottle from my Christmas stash and won't replace it.Aww thanks, I have no will power too but managed the first day ok.
Had a bad day at work, just before I left got a letter from my line manager informing me an investigatory meeting tomorrow with him and HR.Allegations are a simple admin error but knowing the way the company work I am really dreading it.
phoned a family HR friend who said I must be prepared, there is an ongoing bullying going on in the office, I had been a victim many times but of course no one will stand up. Don't know if I'll be able to sleep tonight, have to go to work all day before being it's held in the afternoon.
Thinking of you today asset xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I find putting a bottle or two (of whatever you want to use) by my bed / mirror, means I'm reminded to use them when I get ready or go to bed.
1 hamper down. 19 to go.
I keep thinking that I stash things in case of future War!TigerLily7 wrote: »Hi Asset,
I know what you're going through. I'm going through the same thing right now in fact. I know it's horrible and causes anxiety, but the best thing to remember is that it's a blip. Your life will still be yours tomorrow and in ten years. Just stand up tall, breathe in and deal with whatever they throw at you. Answer confidently and truthfully.
I know it's intimidating but try to have a bath / whatever relaxes you and get some sleep.
I'm wishing you luck!

I use spreadsheets now so I know exactly what I have and what I'm running out of, also makes me aware of things I have lots of (body lotion anyone?!)
Shower gels are my achilles heel actually. I still managed to buy soap when in Lush knowing I have tonnes of shower gels still in my stash.
Another UU though:-
20ml Elemis Maximum Moisture cream. I like using this but won't replace my PCMC for it. Like it as a night cream and would use again if it came as part of kit/GWP.
Has anyone else had the mailing from LE about the Limited Edition C&P due out on 29 August. I definitely want to try one as it contains pachouli and grapefruit and I love both these fragrances. I am on my last cleanser in the stash as well so all's good.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Another couple of OUTs :A
20 - Loreal are perfect sample - OK but strong perfume. Just a sample and I wouldn't buy a big un.
21 - Palmolive ayurituel showel gel sample, used as bath foam. Very nice actually. May get a big one for the mister.
22 - Lush summer pudding soap. Gorgeous scent, lightly scrubby, yum yum yum. But they don't make it anymore. :embarasse
23 - Lush tricomania solid shampoo. Lovely coconutty gorgeousness. Clean soft hair. Would buy again, after my stash is a little lower;)Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

I too was going to suggest switching to using a primer with mineral foundation on top. I too have an oily chin and this works for me.
Primer is a good shout. I only tend to use a little on my red bits, but it does make a difference.Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

Have a uu
Bourjois Healthy Mix + Serum Foundation - WBA, nice dewy finish, although I do have to powder my t zone. It does go a bit patchy by the end of the day even with primer underneath. Have replaced it with a Bare Minerals Original in Light which is a bit yellow toned for me so I mix it with Fair.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
