I gave myself a challenge 2 years ago of decluttering one item a day, I'm still going! :rotfl:It does make me think and pause before buying anything though.

I did the 40 bags in 40 days challenge over Lent, now that was decluttering :D I'm going to do it again soon, worth a thought if anyone is struggling with piles of kibble (aka stuff, a word we like to use over in the hoarding thread) :)

I'm not so good when I do big loads like that, I panic a little. Silly really. One a day is just about right for me. I used to count paper, but unless it's magazines and catalogues I don't now.

    OK, back to beauty stuff...
    Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

    1 UU - cotton wool
5 TA - mu brushes, and a useless nail file.

I'm so tempted by the birchbox offer, I'd be really gutted if I liked none of the stuff though as I could have bought something I'd actually use with money?

Going to have to have a declutter, feel like I'm drowning under stuff! Off out for drinks tonight with a friend, and it's been that long since I've been out anywhere nice that I can't work out what to wear! Feel like I live in my work uniform and pj's at the moment!

think I have decided against it as just googled and looked at august box and other past boxes and tbh have not heard of most of the brands, they sound just like a previous box(forgot which) and include food items that usually end up binned:eek:

    Hi Fiasco,

    Thanks for your lovely message.

Quick tip, under eye circles can be a result of three things:

    1. Lack of sleep (classic)
    2. Thin under eye skin
    3. Food allergies!

For thin under eye skin, try patting pure vitamin E oil under your eyes at night (rub some gently into your eyelashes too - it makes them strong) and see if that helps.

Also, google "allergy shiners," sometimes wheat / dairy can trigger under eye circles.

You may be able to tell, I suffer from under eye circles.

Ps. Drink plenty of water too, this plumps skin but also gets rid of any allergy residue build up (not a scientific expression).

Thanks tigerlilly7. Mine's is easily diagnosed - lack of sleep. I am really bad for staying up too late in general and stepping out in the evening too often too. The introduction of a fella is also having an impact ;)

What a cracking idea Catriona_P. I really like this one.

Booked myself in for a spray tan tomorrow as I have a big weekend planned. A good friend is flying in from the states and we will be on the go with a ceilidh, show tickets for The Fringe and a bit of bar hopping too.

    A couple of INs:

    10. CK Downtown perfume sample 1.2ml - freebie

    11. Sure max deo - have wanted to try it for a while and was able to combine some MOCs for this with some threshold spend MOCs at Mr T to both bump up the spend and try this cheaply. Only a couple of deodorants left in stash and this one will be put to the test on my hols later this month I think

I have 2 YSL items in my Mr B basket - £41 spend and £20 points back. Do I...? Has anyone here tried the eye makeup remover?

Garnier simply naturals 2 in 1 make up remover - WBA cheap and does the job.
