Happy Beds mattresses?

Don't waste your time....Delivered a useless cheap product which is not safe (on a kid product get paint stain even by light touch) after making to wait for 6 weeks. Failed to collect the product for nearly 1 month. After 2 failed attempts, had to escalate the issue. Horrible customer service, keep repeating Ts&Cs like a robot. No decency to accept failure and a practical sense to solve the issue. Stay away!"

These guys have the worst customer service I have every experienced with any company I've dealt with.
It's interesting to see that their current companies house registration is only two years old, while this thread goes on for many more years, suggesting they're closed and reformed at least one.

Low quality products that are potentially unsafe with absolutely terrible customer service. I'd avoid them like the plague.

Worst company I have had to deal with Avoid at all costs.
Bed delayed by weeks. Not told until I called them they never called me.
Had to choose a bed that we didn't want as one was out of stock. Bed came damaged and had to put it up anyway as we had let builders down three times as bed didn't turn up. It took two experienced builder to assemble. Offered to replace parts but no compensation even though I explained it would cost me the builders to rebuild it again. Customer service shocking.
