Dropping in to post NSD #7 today. Only need 3 more to reach my target of 10 for the month and still a couple of weeks to go - should be OK!

Good afternoon folks, from a very hungover Red:o

I was out last night for dinner and red juice, but may have overdone the red juice slightly:D! I have visited my parents today and then just came home, so am now going to have the joy of ironing my shirts and then relaxing for the rest of the day:). I am able to declare NSD11 for today please:)
Freeby, I am glad to hear that your bite has started to clear up and hope it isn't causing any further discomfort! I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the day and is well:)
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

    £2 savings jar £300:D
Total credit card debts £1250:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: - Will I ever learn!!

  • #13/12a today (for spoon's benefit;)-hope you're ok?Not been around for a while).
  • *wipes sweat from brow* ..... Finally!

    NO 2 please

Lordy I really am out of practice! :o

Managed to get through Hen night without smoking (which has been really worrying me as loads of old pals I've not seen for ages & 90% of them smoke!) :T and made the last train home - just wish it could've been a bit later

Honestly, I can so see why people live in that town (about 18 miles up the road from me) - park & ride and the train takes 11 mins into the city centre. There's also night buses run all night Fri & Sat (take around 40 mins) :T

A world away from me just down the road where the last bus is 10:30pm!

Anyway .... it was great to catch up with everyone ..... have been fighting a losing battle with the lurgi tho :( and have been in bed / up a couple of hours / in bed etc over the weekend - thankfully I'm off tomorrow so hopefully another day of that will shift it!

Off to catch up on the thread!

Glad you had a good time Rising, yes, know what you means about transport connections, I'm lucky that i'm not too far in the sticks for a taxi home locally, and able to access the Big Smoke and other larger towns pretty well from where I am. Prob best though that you did get a relatively early night with the lurgi lurking, don't want to make it worse.

Well the flippin builders didn't turn up  but I did go out blackberry picking (inspired on here) and ended up with about 2kg, several lost due to me pricking myself and accidentally launching what I was holding into the air, and one nettle sting. Going to freeze some for later in the year.

Roast lamb for dinner tonight, along with stuffing, roast spuds and yorkshire pud all from the freezer...well obviously I'm cooking them first :rotfl: Its amazing what you find in the bottom draw :eek:
