Whew, it's been a day about food I think today. Made honeyed plums for a crumble tomorrow, although think I might have stewed them a little too long as got distracted on the phone. Hey ho, i have blackberries I can add, or even some nectarines in the freezer to add a bit of 'body' if I decide to.

Just booked airport parking for a short break we have coming up - opted to valet style (v.posh ) but in :money: style I got 20% off so it's barely different to the cost of long stay and no bus involved.

I did also order a b'day present for my friend online today, but was 50% of the price where I saw it elsewhere, and i would be buying her something anyway - is it cheating if I still declare a NSD? Didn't want to risk waiting until tomorrow as there were only 3 left in stock....:o

NSD #16 for me yesterday and going for a week of them this week. I need to stay in control of my budget which seems to be getting ever tighter and tighter
