I would like to add that since switching to SPower from BGas it has been a nightmare - one is blaming the other, I have done everything asked of me and more but now after 6 months BGas have sent me another final bill asking for £130+ to clear the account. My last final bill gave me credit back into my account. SPower have tried to help but they set up my payment option incorrectly despite the confirmation telling me that it had been done right - I feel so frustrated as one is blaming the other but I am the one with the o/s bill and an increased bill with the new supplier - all due to both companies errors. Thought this process was meant to save me money!! Apparently BGas say they dont accept meter readings from customers in case they are forged - why tell me that 6 months later! any suggestions appreciated :mad:0

Ring Scottish Power.
Start a new query, don't speak to anyone you have already spoken to, go through the simple facts.
Tell them if they don't sort their error then you will leave them.
Then fingers crossed, and keep me posted! I give it a fortnight.0 -

Sorry to hear your frustration and extra charges
If you ring them make sure you have the freephone number from here www.saynoto0870.com just put in the company
then click search for an alternative number0 -
cheapest isn't always the best though. Its far better to pay a little more in order to know that you can cancel your provider at anytime, they are green aware and have good customer services.0

I have been on online saver 3 for over a year.
I only saw this thread today and did my sums, then asked by email to be put on that new tariff- online saver 4.
I have got an email back -
"We do not have Online Saver 4 available anymore, the tariff that i recommend you take a look at would be our Discounted Energy 2009, this is currently our most up to date package, which offers some good savings."
I went back to the MyAccount page and found that the online saver 4 tariff is still shown as an option to move to - so I requested it again using that webpage, and replied to their mail saying that since it was still shown as a MyAccount website option, I should get it.
I will advise the result here0 -
then if it is avalble for you the change to in the change my service option of the website change to the service yourself.
If you cannot do that, then is it realy wish for you to have an on-line account. The staff are not able to change you on to the product, could this be an indicator that it may be pulled completly and then you will be back to the std on-line prices.LBM:j -16/06/04

:TRe my post #36-
got my reply ----
"Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
As you were advised the online saver 4 option was no longer available, it is still being advertised online, so this package will still apply to yourself. I can confirm that your service package has been updated to online saver 4, with effect from today".
Hooray -- won a do:T0
