Not a good start to my day. I had to go in an ambulance to hospital with DGD. She had a series of convulsions, but is with her mum and Dad now.

So nothing done except some food and wine declutterd.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

  • Thank you for all the hugs found some co-operation from the young skints so I now have some flying to report

had a frog on toast (School Lunch forms for DD3 signed and evidence found all back in envelope for me to drop in tomorrow on my way out and about)

had Frog Wellington (completed ESA renewal form with DD1's help and about 6 hours of persistance, crossings out etc ready to drop in post box)

had a frog omelette (re-found some cheques I have been meaning to pay in, but couldn't face going in bank alone and too much money to risk the deposit envelopes faffing up but the wolf is at the door so- DD1 is press ganged into leaving house with me tomorrow)

finished with frog trifle (booked hotel room to take DD1 back to Wolverhampton in September, going for a Prem!er !nn this time, free cot for DD4 as too big for Moses basket and need every inch of space to get DD1's gibble back up the Motorway)

LR floor de-gibbled and hoovered, hallway mats hoovered and v@xed and they are most definitely beyond any hope of redemption (a houndy friend may want them for when she fosters rescue doggies so I will check with her before they get lobbed)

DD1 went on a sticker hunt in the fridge and freezer for tonight's dinner, together in between frogs we managed to prepare, sausages, mash, broccoli and cauli for 4 plus leftovers for under 90p :money::money::money:

    Compost bin emptied and bleached

DD3 is very sheepish tonight and has also been surprisingly co-operative, so if it holds might do a midweek fling

DD4's tummy time has progressed to crawling backwards today, so I will need to have some more strategies in place before she gets fast and forward ;)

time for some me time now with Fred, before I go to bed

    see you all tomorrow
The cold never bothered me anyway

    Bringing list forward for tomorrow.

    Manic Monday
family room - Clean the windows
    Everything's Tuesday
wipe all the cupboard doors and drawers - don't forget the handles
    wipe the microwave outside
    wipe the washer door seal
Empty out ONE cupboard or drawer, wipe it out and put back only what is STILL useful once it's dry
Start that CHRISTMAS shopping - list all the non-perishables you want to buy (eg cranberry jelly; cocktail cherries for the snowballs - I am channelling the 70s - check today's music!) and EITHER buy one item a week/fortnight OR have the list to hand ready for if you see a bargain!
    OR
Plan for a day off sometime during the school hols or one weekend - so; check your meal plan and find ONE dish you can double up on - so that you can make two and freeze one! Check you have enough ingredients - this NEED NOT be done today - make it fit with your meal plan! This will be the meal you DON'T cook on your day off!

And finally - don't forget your frog list - EAT A WHOLE FROG today!
    Wednesday
Beautiful bathing will be yours - bathrooms and cloakrooms

    15 minutes?

open window to let in fresh air
remove anything that belongs elsewhere to be rehomed
flush the loo and scrub it
wipe the outside of the loo with a cloth
    30 minutes? as above plus-
    clean the bath
hot water and detergent and a wipe (not with the toilet cloth, please!) to shift shower screen soap scum
clean the loo roll holder - remember people might have 'less than clean' hands when they're wrestling with the paper...
    1hour? as above plus -
wipe or dust all high horizontal surfaces - door tops and screens
    clean the basin
    Clean the windows
    Mop the floor
    EXTRAS
chrome shower rails can be polished when they're off
    Put out fluffy towels
    EXTRA SPECIAL
If you leave creams, potions and lotions open to the air they WILL deteriorate much more quickly. Make sure all tops are screwed on after every use. Check the use withins - and chuck out those dust-gathering body scrubs etc that you don't use!
Add anything that's running out to the shopping list - don't forget the loo roll!

If your bin's been emptied why not fling the water from the mop bucket in the bin and 'agitate' it to loosen dirt, leave it upside - down to dry - a fragrant bin puts those bluebottles - and their maggotty 'offspring' off!

I may well do some checking up

    Morning All

First job of the day is to finish off the DR as new table and chairs is coming between 9 and 11. After that we'll just see how it goes but I'm having 2 fillings at 12.10 so that's a chunk out of the middle of my day and then we are going to my M&D's for tea - hopefully by which time my mouth will feel normal again!

I've also been looking at phone contracts - I can't make my mind up whether to keep the phone I've got and change to pay as you go/reduce contract or whether to upgrade my phone.

Home insurance also needs sorting and energy bills so that's another job for the next few days.

    Have a good day all

    Morning all.

Poohbear, hope everything is ok with grandchild now.
Cycling, I recommend Dorling Kindersley children's cook books. I kid you not. Plenty of basics, pasta etc with step by step pictures.

I'm another one here sorting car insurance, down from £600 to £330 so think that will be it now. Go me!

I had to laugh when I saw the comments about mopping the windows. In my very young pre flylady days, I actually did this. As the giggling neighbours across the road pointed out, they were worse when I finished than when I started.

Flying today will be minimal again. I'm sure I can run fast enough to avoid Valli's whip.

    Have a great day everyone.
Spend less now, work less later.

Skint breeder love your frog chewing!

Valli you're making me chuckle and doing a super job at encouraging.

I really need to draw up a frog list. There's plenty if jobs round here that I keep putting off, so much so I can't seem to remember any of them just now. Oops

About to get up but can't face toilets just yet so going to fly downstairs to keep on top of it then do the bathroom later.
