He gets clothes and toys off her and the new partner, Possible with the money I provide.
Dont get caught up in what she may or may not be buying with the maintenance money you pay it will only drive you nuts.
Hit ebay, charity shops, freecycle etc for some good toys to keep at yours.
And try not to take the bait, especially when it comes to the new fella.
Pay up, dont speak badly of the mother and continue to be a good dad.0 -
Seems a bit petty to me, I can understand not wanting to lug big things about, but not allowing him to take any of his toys with him? When I was a kid, I use to love my Lego and when my parents split up it use to go backwards and forwards every week! The car boot sale is a good idea, lots of great bargains to be had at a fraction of the cost of buying new.0

Yes one always pays the other as the main carer, usally the one who claims tax credits and child benifit for child is classed as this.People don't know what they want until you show them.0
