Still no running done - too much food eaten because of bloomin mystery shops at restaurants!!!! Well, it seems such a shame to turn down free 3 course meals when we normally can't even afford fish and chips!!!
Problem is that at least 2 of the three courses each time are staying firmly attached to my midrift and thighsI feel so full of stodge that turning over in bed is an effort!!
Still, This evening I got confirmation of my FLM place for Mencap, so I HAVE to get moving. My mystery shop tomorrow is at lunchtime, so I will have had enough time to let things "settle" before I go for a run in the evening.........
