I struggle with the when to eat food and run lark....
I can run when I'm hungry, but I can't run when I'm full, if that helps?

Right - who has brains? My reservoir run is 1.3 miles once round (I run 2 and a bit times round for 3 miles, or 3 and a teeny bit for 4 miles).

How many times would 10k be? *shakes head to clear red wine fog* I thought I'd worked out 5 times....but I'm not sure... :rotfl:

    Wouldnt five times be 6.5 miles? i.e. 5 times 1 + 5 times 0.3 = 5 +1.5= 6.5 or a shade over 10K...

Or am I being thick here?

Yes, that's what I was thinking - but I couldn't quite think it clearly enough!

Thanks :T so 5 times round IS about 10k - that doesnt sound so daunting ()!

    Alright mister technical!

But really its better to train a shade over and a whole lap surely...

Its more of a finite finishing point than 1 extra mile...

Now I'm just being argumentative for 0.3 of a mile ;) - I apologise and bow down to coach's superior knowledge!
