no hun, right day but no run... i figured my 1k swim was enough for one day.... i did ask runchum along but no cigar so caught up with housework, made mince n tatties for tea tomorrow....
probably won't run til club on wednesday now. but can't wait to tell my trainer that i did a kick in the aass off 4 miles on saturday!:j
i'm contemplating actually swimming again tomorrow as mum offerred but i think it would be overkill... and if i do it too often i will lose the desire ( does that make sense??)I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
