Its almost like the speculators just laugh, say 'so what?', and look for the next target!
Yeah, at least it seems to be the speculators. Sometimes the fundamentals just don't support the grim predictions for some of these banks.
BTW Goldman Sachs are also scrambling for a buyer, I believe.Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -
Hey Uberalles I can't remember whether I said  hello as there have been a few new people here lately and i have a brain like a sieve!
As for running down hill I find it really hard although maybe my style downhill might be seen as carefree!
Hello sallyx, very pleased to say hello, don't think you have said hello before so you are not losing your mind.
Maybe I should have therefore kept quiet about the different sexes downhill running styles :rotfl: .0 -

Yep, GS are in play as well. They're running out of buyers.
Whats more, the almighty FED is all 'rescued-out' and can't take any more.
Unprecedented in recent times - which means that nobody really truthfully knows what to do except cross fingers. Gordon Brown was scrambling for excuses today in a very unconvincing way - 10 years as chancellor and he was admitting he had no idea what the future held. Scary stuff.Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Go about your daily business, make money, spend money! That's the only way the economy can get a kick start. Trouble is, in uncertain times, employers lay off staff and people avoid splashing the cash as they don't know what tomorrow will bring. Once the ball gets rolling it's very difficult to stop.
Call me a Commie so-and-so but I think they should give the poorest people a big tax break. Why? The poorest spend the largest proportion of their income (out of necessity). Virtually every penny you give to the poorest will go back into the economy. It may not fix social problems, but hey...
Really off now. Bye!Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -
