Ooo thats so interesting Red...
God box is so impressive - makes the boys eyes water tee hee, I always start flat on the ground when I try to do it and push my legs back (like you do when stretching with someone else and they use their feet to push you into it)...but still I can never get all the way to 90 degrees - very annoying!
What a very good party trick!

So which is which?
The top one looks hardest to me (well they both look impossible, so we're talking about degrees of impossibleness (a new word?)).
Can you actually do this without it hurting or feeling like something is going to snap?Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Daft thing is I knew the word was obvious but couldn't quite get it so made one up instead!
Sometimes made up words are just as good as real ones and then become real ones. It may just be that you heard it here first!

Box is the top one - I've no idea why I find that easier, but I always have done. Was taught to do it sliding down from standing. I used to be able to do it all the way down like the picture without anything hurting but now I have to stop at a certain point because things are tighter and start to get sore!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

Iain Dowie, but it wouldn't have got anywhere without Timmy Lovejoy!

Its a bit like walking across a tight rope between two 1000ft builings.
No matter how I look at it I just cannot imagine doing it!!! :eek::eek:Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

True, he did put it out there.
Speaking of which, can I interest anyone in the use of a season ticket to Crystal Palace for this season? Will pay your match day beer money to get rid of it :rotfl:Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -

A 200 mile trip (sorry, 400 mile round trip) seems a bit much, although you did make it quite tempting with that little sweetener.
But, considering my season ticket cost £100 I aint done too badly anyway! (and no, Maz, that is not the OAP discount before you ask!)
