Then again, Virtual does look interesting. Virtual Runners?

Is this club on Slug Lane? I'd love to know how they came up with that name. If its the obvious reason, make sure you don't slip.Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

I had to read that again- thought you were taking a bottle with you to pee into:rotfl:
Decided not to run tonight, going to walk home and then do a bit of Pilates/ Ballet stretchy type stuff (highly technical description there) - run tomorrow.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

Very wise... i wouldn't want you to burn out...
sure that 2.5 mile walk home would be enough for any sane person anyhow.....
nope, not peeing in a bottle, although have been known to pee outdoors while running, thankfully where i live there are plenty quiet country lanes and no onlookers!
It's a curse i tell ya! being a woman ain't easy......
And is it just me or does running make anyone else want to go to the toilet... in the other way? sorry if it's TMI thing, but i always need to go afterwards....
is it something to do with exercise and perstalsis or something... magnus might know!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

This is worrying, I've started responding to that name.
I think it is a 'lady thing' - I've only heard of Paula and now you have such eventualities. But I'm not sure that I would be 'in the loop' for such discussions anyway if you know what I mean.
At least nobody can accuse you of shying away from the delicate subjects, Maz!Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j
