I actually bought 2 - both are fizzy! Yuk!!! as this amounts to a pound, and i am MSE, i am certainly going to take them back... very unhappy as planned to have a smoothie about 430pm before runclub at 630pm, to keep my energy levels up!

You're a mere whipper snapper!
There's age groups up to 90-100, nobodys quite managed a marathon at 100 yet, but we've all got several decades to go yet!Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

I thought that "Buster" guy, one of the FHM Centurions (102??) did the marathon this year?
Anyway, in other news, just got back from a 6.4 mile run...it's *really warm* out there, actually...sweated buckets, nearly passed out when I got back...0 -

You don't get wound up though, do you?
You can be a member of more than one club, but have to nominate one as 'first claim'. How many are you thinking of having?Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j
