It is shrinking - after tomorrow I'll have covered nearly 50 miles this week so its going in the right direction.
OK, idea floated. We'll see if it sinks or swims. Enjoy tomorrow's efforts.Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Rich
Yes yes yes yes..
Im up for being part of the club, this is an excellent idea and if we could get sponsorship even better. Overall I think its excellent for us to all get together with a common interest (actually 2 DFW and running). Even better we get 2 places in the marathon
I volunteer for any role other than treasurer (actually which one of us is good with money)
right feeling rather lazy so might even get a little run/walk in today although shouldn't push it too much this week and I am swimming tonight.
Maz how are the lessons going??I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Oh Sally, you shouldn't have said those words now that we're in to the routine of creating mental images of each other. I really am blushing now!:o:o:o:o

Its difficult to answer a question about how good they are, because nothing happens. With the main purpose being to avoid injury how do you know if they've worked in 6 months if you haven't had any injuries? Maybe, maybe not.
All I can go on, as I said earlier, is that in 25 years I've had no leg, knee, ankle injuries while around me people seem to have been battering their legs to death. All I can put that down to is the insoles. And also, since nobody seems to have heard of Sorbothane, they must get all their customers through recommendations from happy customers which says plenty in itself.Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Thanks Rich, I'll give them a go as any chance of saving oneself from injury has to be good:j
The weather didn't look promising today so only did 7mile speed walk, well most of it at speed but got distracted by the scenery a little lol
the running club is a great idea, can we just class my walking as very slow running and I will qualify :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Off now to do some social walking/wandering so will look back later
