Oh the thread is good today!

Yeah I've put on weight as well since I started, but lost a whole dress size (yeah)...I am worried about my develpoing six pack though - does anyone else think it looks a bit wrong on a girl?

If you're talking a bit of muscle definition, no I think it looks quite nice. I'f you're talking female bodybuilder however... Don't worry too much though, it's very difficult for girls to get bulging muscles like that!

  • Right, time for some training now (well, you've got to make an effort).

So another 6.5 mile run/walk which will mean marathon distance completed over the last 4 days. It may be 17.5 miles walking and only 9 miles running but I reckon I'd still have a fair chance in any race where entry was limited to only obese veterans.

Which, of course is one of the keys of how to win in life.

If you can't win - change the rules!! :p

Tee hee I was showing off my arms muscles in a bar on Saturday night (after one too many champers but nevermind) and I beat every guy on my table! :rotfl:

Hope you have fun in your walk/run Rich!

I agree with beinerts a bit of muscle definition (usually) looks good on a girl, although to give a definite answer assessment of photographic evidence would be needed!

I'm a bit concerned about those biceps though - I think I'll start being nice to you now. :p

To be fair its quite easy to have biceps when you're tiny like me (they look bigger) and I'm not planning on arm wrestling you any time soon so you dont have to be THAT nice to me! :p
