Thanks for all your responses!
See I haven't got PM should I get it or not bother as I don't sell loads I've got 120 listed roughly.

30ish sales a month is the quantity to make it financially viable to be a pro seller, though if you do sell less than this a month the amount you pay in fees is actually more per book, than not being a pro. Unless you have hundreds of books that you wish to sell or start buying to sell** it's not going to be worthwhile for you to go pro especially if you are looking at the penny end of the market. 120 books is a small enough number to manage manually and relist after the 60days, indeed I know of many sellers that are happy managing a stock of several hundred that do not feel the need to go PM as they don't sell enough a month to justify paying the PM fees.

Hi everyone,
Hope sales are good. My October sales were very good so I am happy, although tailed off a little this week.
I need some help, I keep getting several pendings a week now, which is a lot! I want to convert them back to sales, anyone know how to do it? I know how to get the email address from 'search transations' select pending sales, but I am not sure what to tell the buyer to do to complete the sale, do I relist it so they can buy it again (even though amazon will relist it within 3 days) or do I tell them to do something to complete the sale? An email template would be helpful if anyone has done this before?
I know it has been discussed in the past but I can't find it and I am having so many pendings now that I am loosing out on serious money, most of them don't complete.
Thanks in advance

No I don't think anything weird is going on, I know it's normal because they have talked about the increase of pendings in the seller connection boards. I have had 2 pendings this week and 1 last week, so it's not loads but it's enough and definitely more than it used to be.
Thanks

Hi, welcome to the thread !!
well done on the selling, sadly you cant transfer the earnings into spendings so will need to wait for the amount to clear through your bank account before shopping !

One of my books has been pending 3 times now in the last fortnight. It's not even the cheapest copy on. Still getting other sales though. Just seems a bit weird that as soon as Amazon relist the book its pending again within a few hours. It's a fairly new book with lots of cheaper copies on.
Strangely enough payment has just come through.Coincidence?April £5 a day challenge- £15.05/£1500 -

Hi Kat, how annoying its like tantalising you with a sale  I copied the email below from the Amazon seller connection earlier this year as I wasn't sure what to say re a pending. I don't THINK the system has changed since Amazon's recent fiddling but not sure. I just added in a few bits to make it relevant to me but kept the main wording. Good luck and hope they turn into sales.... By the way I don't think manual relisting is a good idea as you can end up with more listed copies than you have in stock......

Thank you from ordering through Amazon Marketplace. Unfortunately, you may not have been informed by Amazon that there is a problem with your order. This may be due to too many purchasers trying to get authorisation at once, or to anti-fraud measures by your card company - some of them have a limit for online transactions within a given period. If you want to continue with the purchase, go to "Your Account" click on "Open and Recently Despatched orders" where you should see a message that "This Order requires Your Attention" - then follow the instructions.
Amazon's system will keep trying for 72 hours; after that, the book will (in theory) be automatically relisted. If all else fails, contact me and I'll see if I can sort it out.0 -
Thanks so much teapot, that is exactly what I needed!! :j
Thanks
