    Well done Kat!
Wanna take some japanese books to try and sell over there? I've got a few stacks of foreign books and it's the Japanese ones I really am at a loss as to what to do with!

well done Kat - couldn't have happened to a nicer person!

    Ahhhhh! How sweet, thanks boston!

Thanks everyone, I am so excited but my brain doesn't know how to process it! I found out its worth £4,000! How bizarre to get something (huge) for free out of the blue like that !! It's crazy. My husband (who gets to come with) is absolutely thrilled too.

Woohoo well done Kat how excting to win something like that when it is a holiday out of the ordinary and not one you would be likely to be able to pay for yourself. We'll expect a piccie or two ;)

    Enjoy Teapot

You're right, I wouldn't be able to afford a holiday like that, probably ever, see my debts in my signature! I will send pics, we are going to go sometime between january and march, need to find out when they have scarey weather or whatever and try to avoid that but we need time to save up some serious spending money!

Well done Kat :T Sounds absolutely fab :j

Are you sure you will be able to turn on your holiday settings and leave your book empire???
Don't spend all your time thinking about the SDN's you're missing.

I did win one of the first Gameboys on the inside of a Crunchie Bar wrapper once - but that's it.

I'm thinking about training my mum to look after my empire when I'm gone so I don't lose out on any sales. I hate putting holiday settings on, its heartbreaking knowing you are losing money, especially now that this is my sole earnings.

I've been having a clear out and have a few videos that might be worth selling [already sold the higher price ones :j ]. This lot are worth less [hopefully not worthless] and wanted some advice about what is the lowest viable price in the circs? I'm not pro merchant and obviously dont use the postal saving thingummy jig whose name escapes me so as the postage allowance isn't great what do other folk have to sell them for to make a profit - even a small one is ok?

    Ta in advance

Just watched the news - floods look scary I hope everyone is ok? I know a few people were affected last time around but these look much worse.

    Keep safe everyone

  • Hi Tyler Boyo

If it was me I would be panicking too. I have checked my bank account and my payment which left Amazon on 11th July arrived on 18th July - my payments do usually take the full 7 days.

Have you checked on your 'Edit your Amazon Payments account settings' to see which bank account the payment was sent to? I just went in to mine and it tells you the date it was last updated - just incase something untoward has gone on. At least you can check that it was sent to the correct place.

  • On your seller account there is a section called 'Get Paid', the first option is 'view your Amazon Payments account and billing history', click on this and you get the option 'Edit your Amazon Payments account settings'.

Sorry I should have been more specific earlier.
