I don't think anyone one on tech support (even level 2) has the authority to cancel a contract.
He could recommend to a manager that, that would be the correct course of action. But there's no guarantee that he'd be listened to...0 -
Lol. Save face? what a joke. YES that is what the guy said he will tell his manager to cancel my contract. No need to be rude. Still have not heard back from tbh have been real busy and will be tomorrow so will have to chase it up on Saturday. Still no reply from the email, no answerphone messages or phone calls. Their service is atrocious. How would I go about using CISCAS I have the form but not sure if I have given them enough time to respond sure they are just having a laugh. Was in the o2 arena today no signal whatsoever over 2 days0

Being honest, in the other phone I am using there is some improvement in some areas but it can be deceiving I think maybe the phone says I have signal because I keep getting cut off on calls. Expecting a call back from them later on to do a diagnostic they will just palm me off as usual flipping call centres in India terrible connection and customer service. If the team leader says I have signal problems in my area then that should be good enough but rang this morning and he still hasnt signed in and no word on the email I sent to head office and all the emails sent to the team leader, his manager and assistants. Or ASSistants0

Well here is an update. Apparently a customer service rep sent has communicated with a manager and I have to wait 7-10 days to hear from them. Very much doubt it they didn't even bother to call me back today even though the system said they did. Not on. This has actually given me sleepless nights that is why I hav'nt pursued a proper fight yet past the CAB0

Tried Phones 4 U they blatantly lied to me and said they offered me a termination at the beginning of the contract thing is one manager did but they took my phone so what would happen then. I got scared that I would be left without a phone and just with a contract as they didnt offer me any other phones0
