Thats what the guy said. I got the letter before this call. No way am I paying it. he said he will tell his manager to cancel my contract0
-
I take it I should not just take spoken confirmation as gospel and wait for a letter or not? Cause I need a phone0
-
Saying I dont have a phone which works well enough to make decent calls or browse. I would consider sim free with Three but my phone which is in repair cant get ultrafast speeds which is why I want iPhone 5 and I get the free upgrade to 4G0

Starting to lose patience now. Just wrote to the exec at EE by email. Have heard nothing. Guess I have to call India again soon. Or what about Thailand0

Whatever you do - if you do not pay their demands, they fry your credit file. Tread carefully and try not. Lose the plot! The fact you have no coverage is NOT a valid reason for termination after 14 days of contract commencement.0

Your guy who made the promise will suddenly vanish on holiday for a fortnight, just like a car salesman. Oldest trick in the book. Trust me.0
-
But I havnt done anything wrong. If they have any common decency then they will not fry my credit file. Will have to see what happens about the guy. Again I am not sure that is the case, I trust they/he will do the right thing0

Busby I disagree. They are not providing me a service so therefore my contract with them has been breached. Anyone else got anything to say? So what should I do. Just lay there with no signal, no decent phone. 14 days is rubbish that was no time to test if I got a decent signal P4U checked before I got the phone and it said there was a decent signal but its all LIES0

Why didn't you try a few sims to decide what network to choose and what phone to get ???
You were in this situation in December with T Mobile and Blackeberrys .........Christiangaz777 wrote: »Also I am not happy with the signal, it keeps getting worse even in 3G, especially when I am in narrow areas, I get SOS cant get any signal.
Is there a way I can get out of this awful contract without paying extortionate costs, buying out my contract etc as I am being ripped off, I have tried UK Cellswapper but the site isn't working and I know when they find a match to buy my contract out they chargeIt's not just about the money0
