    How could they say no? Any idea why? They are in the wrong if it's less them 12 months as the link shows
    Mine said nothing other then the only barrier being unemployed
    Of course they can say no, they can say what they like as they have no clue.

    I will take this further as they have lied on it and made up appointments I never had.

    Yes as I have said they the WP told me the JC have to request all info that I want as they WILL NOT give it to me!

    Once I have the list of dates and what they were for I will get my spread sheet and compare

    Then a letter will go back to them to give them one last chance to retract the lies or face the next step which will be a letter to CH4 news who want to interview me, a letter to the MP, one to number 10 and one to the DWP and the ICE

    SARS is a way to get info that a company or organisation has about you such as JCP or your ex-WP provider, some WP will try to charge but I have read that through the jobcentre it doesn't cost (other then postage etc)

    I am pretty sure you can get the info through the jobcentre that the WP will have
