See totally different to my WPYes on my goodbye letter from the wp it says i may request a copy from thrir office so i have.
NO exit interview
Report sent to JC
I am not allowed to see it
DWP have to request a copy from the WP
DWP/JCP contact me and email me a copy
Exit report matches NOTHING I have done and full of lies
I contact WP to get a list of appointments which they say they can not give me
I go back to the JC who have now contacted a manager, who has contacted the DWP dept who can then contact the WP to get this list of lies from them

you requested one from where? The WP?
I was told they cant give it to you so my JC has to request it for me and it took ages.
Make sure what the put on it matches what you say as mine didn't and I am still in dispute with them.

They said since I left the WP they have no dealings with me and they only give the report to the JC
I have gone to the MD of the provider and got 'this is our final response to you' etc
They HAVE to give you a copy, that should have been arranged at your last appointment and they SHOULD either post it or arrange with you when you can collect it

It states
‘There is one small policy change in respect of giving the participant a copy of their Exit Report. Current guidance states all participants must receive a copy of the report but some of you pointed out this would mean potentially a lot of sensitive information going out by post.
To minimise the risk of their Exit Report not being received or received at the wrong address. Participants should be provided with a copy of the Exit Report where you are in face to face contact with the participant or let participants know by post that they are entitled to a copy of the Exit Report on request and make arrangements for the report to be collected or posted. Before posting ensure the participant is aware of the risks of sending personal information via post."
This directive is dated March 2013 - maybe Seetec didn’t get a copy!!
