they also say you have to job search 30 hours a week and you cant do both

Actually they claim you must treat it as a f/t job and then send you to do forced labour which contradicts this idea

I think I have read that if you hit the targets they set like apply for x jobs or whatever then they are satisfied with that

Are you sure? I have applied for 95 jobs in the last 5 weeks and they didn't even look at the sheets - just a glance.

What about in April when we all will have to 'work' for the JSA as well as do 30 hours job search?

I just got sent this by a friend in email, it's a beta test so may be buggy, it's explained on the site. May be useful for some people struggling with the JCP people http://automation.strikenow.org.uk/introduction/
It auto applies for jobs from the UJM site for you.

You've already admitted they don't seem to so much with you and can't answer your questions though

I am sure I read it or I wouldn't have repeated it

Yes they cant answer my question - why is that?

And where did you read if you apply for X jobs they leave you alone? Was that what I said about myself?

They have told me they wont see me more than once a month but they are meant to be 'advisors'!!!

Thread not about the UJM though and no one really would allow a site to apply for jobs automatically when you cant even add a cover letter! Sounds a bit far fetched to me.

    Why not?

People manage to work long, demanding hours at a full time job and still spend many hours job hunting?
