I don't like or dislike anyone on here, because its a mostly anon online forum.

I agree people deserve the !!!! they get from JC, not sure why you'd think otherwise?

they dont deserve it some advisors deserved to be sanctioned.

They are there to help. How would they liked their wages stopped?

They wouldn't like it, hence they do what the person who pays them tells them to do, like everyone who is employed.

It's the advisers who treat people bad so it's not fair to blame the victims if their abhorrent attitudes

How many specs do you think I should send each week then?

    10? 50? 200?

As it is now you apply for approximately three advertised jobs for every spec you send. You could try that the other way round.

But it's not about how many you send it's about the probability of your cv being in the hands of somebody looking to recruit. It's common sense really, that the more spec letters you send the more that probability increases.

they are incompetent, my advisor actually said you have no faith in me i know. He must realise he is crap to say that. If he worked in a bank he would have been sacked long ago. He should be sanctioned imo.

    Or just fired
Some PWP I see just want to nitpick -as if they have been told that you must find fault no matter what
The WP was a failure yet it's tge unemployed who gets blamed for these stupid schemes failing
The PWP staff I have met would be sacked by any company who employed professional and mannered staff

I said I send about 10 a week. I apply for up to 100 jobs in a 2 week period.

There is no way I can send 300 specs in that period.

How then do you determine who is likely to recruit?

I think over 1000 specs is a good level.
