i put ujm jobs with their id. so i have advertised jobs covered. the rest may well be some combination of other advertised jobs and specs. they dont know which is what. so if they wanted to follow them up i would say they are specs. so not stuffed at all. they cant expect to be able to follow up a spec.

you would say they are all specs? Oh dear
lol, what do you mean oh dear?
You said all the jobs other then the UJM have no ref to them being spec or actual job applications hence you would tell them as you have stated if they wanted to follow them up they were all spec letters and never applied for any real jobs in that period. That's why 'oh dear' and they then say you are up for a sanction for not applying for enough if any jobs!

    Enjoying the holiday presumably
i couldnt believe they were actually asking. i worry for someone who thinks its wrong to spend xmas day celebrating xmas and also think its wrong to not spend all that day jobsearching. i also worry that a jobcentre worker thinks this person is displaying the attributes of a good jc adviser.

i feel bad for you. you are obviously feeling the pain of unemployment in a very severe way. have you considered talking with your gp? you may say dont need to but whether you realise it or not, i think it is clouding your judgement.
