several doesnt mean all day. 7 hours would be seen as all day by most people.
No cause you and I know all day is 24 hours and that's not what they are saying at all............

and what happens when they do? That's right you don't have the info for the REAL job applications so they cant and they will then say its not a real job application.

    You would be stuffed.
i put ujm jobs with their id. so i have advertised jobs covered. the rest may well be some combination of other advertised jobs and specs. they dont know which is what. so if they wanted to follow them up i would say they are specs. so not stuffed at all. they cant expect to be able to follow up a spec.

why? that is considered the normal working week. if you had in mind that the weekend is free time and were talking about a task and said we will do it everyday you would obviously think monday to friday.

it just says everyday so i have to cover myself and assume 7 days a week.

Well everyday does mean 7 days so you aren't really covering yourself you are doing what's needed but on the week of Xmas took it to be 7 meant 5 days :)
That's why safeguards are needed in all these cobbled together JSAGS post WP, everybody needs a day/time off and should not have to worry about it.

I've heard some people assume that "3 hours a day" does not include weekends and their advisor has never questioned it.

but its not a working week, you are claiming an allowance to seek work and are paid a daily rate to do so.

I think it's down to how the adviosr writes it.

I don't think they have thought too much about it, how it's worded how it could be interpreted and don't care as long as you're doing the core number of hours over most days of week, however you want to do the hours.

    Mine certainly didn't care.

The allowance is to live on while looking for work.

Doesn't mean you have to look for work 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
