Maybe they just need training on UJM & IT systems.
Some of the stories on here about advisors using the IT systems are hilarious.

Well she is the advisor and she's been there as far as I know over a year so I can only assume they don't get training.
Not the first thing I have told them how to do there.
We never received any training on ujm, they introduced it and let us have 2 hrs to play on it before the customers came in.0 -
