Well she is the advisor and she's been there as far as I know over a year so I can only assume they don't get training.

Not the first thing I have told them how to do there.

Well everyday does mean 7 days so you aren't really covering yourself you are doing what's needed but on the week of Xmas took it to be 7 meant 5 days

We never received any training on ujm, they introduced it and let us have 2 hrs to play on it before the customers came in.

Two hours is enough as it looked pretty basic. It was obvious the search facility could look for company name.

2 hours is enough for those that are IT literate, but I'm sure your aware that not all of our staff are that great on computers
