    Well she is the advisor and she's been there as far as I know over a year so I can only assume they don't get training.

    i stated i have never seen anything on an agreement that states anything about advertised vacancies and apparently according to you that is why i am unemployed. just because i havent seen something that isnt there.

    and as I said is jobseekers allowance. isnt applying for advertised jobs an obvious part of it...if you cant see that then ...well.

    your adults why is it you think we need to baby people through a process.

    Well everyday does mean 7 days so you aren't really covering yourself you are doing what's needed but on the week of Xmas took it to be 7 meant 5 days :)

    We never received any training on ujm, they introduced it and let us have 2 hrs to play on it before the customers came in.

    Two hours is enough as it looked pretty basic. It was obvious the search facility could look for company name.

    2 hours is enough for those that are IT literate, but I'm sure your aware that not all of our staff are that great on computers
