more to the point during the 2 minutes you are sat in front of the jc adviser they cant be aware of all the jobs that you could have applied for. therfore they cant in that moment make a judgement that you havent applied for enough.

They send it to a decision maker thats what i was told. Im waiting to hear.

Yes and this they say happens when you have your appointments with the advisors not when you sign on. So like I said how do they come up with this magic list? My advisor has never even heard of 80% of the sites I use. Are they saying they are going to get 60+ jobs together off the UJM

Someone has been sanctioned for not applying for 64 jobs apparantely. See how bad its got.
Sounds like something through Universal Jobmatch.

Advisor can see person's job searches & check whether they applied for those jobs.

Nobody should be asking you to apply for 64 a week thats excessive.
There is no "magic number" of jobs people should apply for and it uses those words in the Decision Maker Guide, so it is always open to interpretation on what is reasonable.

Only if you give them permission and its not mandatory you do so.

Yes, it sounds like person who was sanctioned got caught out by allowing access to their UJM account.

Lot of people are clueless about option on UJM to stop access & their rights.

They are sitting targets to be sanctioned by nasty advisors.

csmw is saying we can all be caught out. Where do the JS advisors get the time to do that I wonder?

Of course everyone can ultimately be targetted & caught out, because the rules are open to interpretation & many rules are not strictly checked or implemented.

Most advisors don't do that & don't have the time or interest.

They know it's a flawed incompetent bankrupt system.

so if a person fulfills what their jsa agreement says they can actually get away with not applying for any jobs at all?

Since you felt the need to comment on every single post I made I will reply to all yours, so you and others on here can do what you all normally do and attack every advisor on here even if we are just trying to help.

The answer is YES!!!!! in certain circumstances
