You are doing my head in at this point.

I trade exotic interest rate options in an investment bank, I don't work in a job centre.

How do you know that your not umemployed. Fishy post.
    Check the JSAG sheets.

If you & advisor don't agree, it can go to Decision Maker to decide, advisor creates 2nd JSAG with your version, which DM decides on.

If you want to restrict your hours, ask your advisor.

Should he not have asked me what hours i was available though. How do i stand with a blank agreement.
it should have been mentioned. i presume the question at the start of it has a little star in the no box? i suspect its like i said, he is one of those advisers who doesnt want people to limit their hours and has been dishonest and just ticked the no box without asking you.

They wont ask you as you are suppose to be available all hours unless you have a valid reason for not being so, having to rely on public transport or caring for children for example

It is still sneaky on his behalf not telling you and not explaining what it meant.
i didnt have to have a reason. mine is monday to friday, earliest start time 8am, latest finish time 6pm and maximum of 8 hours per day. on saturday i have 8am to 12noon, 4 hours work and nothing at all for sunday. i do rely on public transport and have a health condition that means i cant do nights. these issues wouldnt stop me having an earlier start time or later finish time than i have.

    Excellent reading
I read the comments about how useless and lacking understanding that the jobcentre is and at least there's many others who see this

I always take part in those things/questionnaires

    This comment I liked
