it should have been mentioned. i presume the question at the start of it has a little star in the no box? i suspect its like i said, he is one of those advisers who doesnt want people to limit their hours and has been dishonest and just ticked the no box without asking you.Should he not have asked me what hours i was available though. How do i stand with a blank agreement.0 -
i didnt have to have a reason. mine is monday to friday, earliest start time 8am, latest finish time 6pm and maximum of 8 hours per day. on saturday i have 8am to 12noon, 4 hours work and nothing at all for sunday. i do rely on public transport and have a health condition that means i cant do nights. these issues wouldnt stop me having an earlier start time or later finish time than i have.iammumtoone wrote: »They wont ask you as you are suppose to be available all hours unless you have a valid reason for not being so, having to rely on public transport or caring for children for example
