do you mean it doesnt state how many hours you should spend jobseeking? they dont have to have that on it. they only put something like that on it to be c**ts.

No the actual jobseekers agreement where it says im abailable gor work is blank.

ive only known this man a week. Ive gone from having fred bloggs agreement, now i have mine but the hours im available srent listed.

No i didnt check fred bloggs wasnt mine. Thats his job he handed it to me. He will hopefully be disciplined. He gave out someone elsrs data.

usually when the part to do with limiting hours is left blank it means you are not limiting what hours you are willing to work at all. unfortunately some advisers are very keen for people to not limit their hours at all. one adviser i had asked why cant you start before 7.30am. i said because i rely on public transport. he said well we know that so theres no need for a limit on your hours and he wiped it. the next time i saw an adviser who looked at the agreement i asked if i could reinstate the limits and he said yes. personally i choose to limit my hours to retain some power from them. i would actually take a shiftwork job if it was right for me.

A JSA has to be signed so you didn't sign it at all?

Yes i signed the wrong one he just handed it to me to sign, he should have handed me the right one he is sloppy.

I really think you are sloppy too if you signed it and took it You realised it wasn't yours when you were signing it?

You sign 2 copies one for the JC and one for you - he probably just picked off a shared printer and it was for someone else who was being seen at the same time as you.

The advisor should have checked he had pick up the correct one.

But at the same time people should really check what they are signing. I have spotted an error on mine before that I didn't agree to the advisor had to change it and re-print for me to sign.

Its still not ok, he is being paid to do a job, someone could have openef up false accounts, its not the first time he has been incompetent. Hope he gets his !!!! kicked.
