yes if i quote you it usually means i am responding to you. you are the one who quoted me and then later said the post you made was for someone else.

yes but you can see my problem. they make a post and include a quoted post by me. so i respond to that and then they say that post that included a quoted post by me wasnt actually for me.

Trace it back and have a look I was replying to someone else post then you chipped in with the reply!

Because I WAS and as I quoted them and asked a question yet you REPLIED!!

See post 114 where YOU replied to a question that was not for you so then previous replies were me quoting you but my original post was not to you.

we can all reply to whatever post we like if we feel we have a point to make.
you quoted me in post 117. so you cant blame me for thinking that post by you was meant for me. so i responded in post 118. then in post 119 you claimed post 117 wasnt for me.
so to avoid confusion,
1. if someone makes a point in response to someone else that you have something to say about yourself then you can reply to it.
2. if you have a point to make towards someone dont quote someone elses post.
