It says RECORD ALL JOB SERACH ACTIVITY

Yet the forms headings are not to record anything other than jobs you have applied for therefore making the form a complete farce!

you put the telephone number of the company or the agency instead if there is no name on the application receipt etc

the critical thing is to show evidence of everything the jsa agreement requires. anything above that you dont have to tell them about. of course i am basing this on the form i get.

why would I? I am not concerned at all

IF they ever said anything I will ask to see the manager who can explain to me what job search activity means compared to the table below it where they ask for only job applications

So like I say if you are going on about job search activity how do you show that on the UJM?
