Getting it sorted by the manufacturer could prove problematic unless the plumber does it as Mira state that the warranty only covers the original purchaser.0

Can someone please remind me if SOGA still applies when it is a B(usiness) T(o) B(usiness) transaction as the plumber is a business and not a private purchaser.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

Sale of Goods Act still applies.
It's only the consumer specific sections, PART 5A Additional rights of buyer in consumer cases, that don't apply.0 -
