It's not just a Sainsbury's, it's a retail park and I can't find out the landowners. I've tried and failed.
But if these letters are still par for the course then I'll just sit tight. I really don't have the energy to fight, I'm spending every day struggling to walk let alone fighting with Sainsbury's. I'm feeling very pathetic at the moment.
You do not need the landowners. A Google search of the name of the Retail Park will doubtless show you who runs it, within a few minutes. All you need to read are Google results like newspaper articles or PDF leaflets about the place, or retail industry blurb about it. You are looking for the managing agents, a phone number or email addy. NOT the landowner. EASY TO FIND THE AGENTS.
And of course they are standard letters, as I already linked in my reply above yours. The pics are already there which is why I gave you that link last month. Here are more. You can just read threads on the forum to learn about Debt Recovery Plus and alleviate any groundless worries about credit rating being affected or them sending the boys round...or other impossible stuff.
Just read other threads, search the forum and other forums; look:

What you should have done was appeal (you read OLD threads if you thought the advice was still to ignore these fake PCNs - unless you are in Scotland).
Get angry, get complaining to the right person, the one who contracted with these scammers. Don't give up because for a parking agent to harass you is an Equality Act 2010 breach by their client as well (all parties are guilty of disability discrimination by the agent). Make that clear, tell them you are minded to sue all parties responsible for this harassment as it's not on, and is actually illegal in view of your spinal cord injury.
Tell us when it's cancelled. Do not ignore it, you owe these scammers a serious complaint and it may stop a repeat of this scam against other disabled people if the landowner's agents take it seriously.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is the letter that I sent with details omitted
To whom it may concern,
Whilst shopping in Bretton Retail Park on 04/04/13 I received a Parking Charge Notice number HT2066916A for not displaying my Blue Badge whilst in parked a free disabled bay with the car registration ****.
I walk with the aid of crutches due to a very recent spinal cord injury and I have difficulty getting out of the car without opening it fully. I also had my daughter with me who receives the high rate care aspect of DLA and has no understanding of traffic, therefore, both she and I meet the 'definition of disability' under the Equality Act 2010.
I feel very harassed with the endless threatening letters I have received from Total Parking Solutions and subsequently Debt Recovery Plus Ltd. I am coming to terms with the massive change and constant pain happening in my life due to the spinal cord injury.
I therefore request that this Parking Charge Notice be cancelled and have attached a photo of both sides of my Blue Badge.
Yours sincerelyI saw two shooting stars last nightI wished on them but they were only satellitesIs it wrong to wish on space hardwareI wish, I wish, I wish you'd care0 -
OK so this is disability discrimination by the PPC, clearly, and the managing agent should now get it cancelled. If not you can word a stronger letter or email, threatening court if they do not call their dogs off!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you all very much for your help with this situation.
I received this email this morning from TPS:
I am very sorry to hear that the Penalty Charge Notice has caused you so much stress. We have now cancelled the ticket, so you will not hear anything else from the debt collection company.
If you do hear anything after this email, please do not hesitate to contact me directly and I will get it sorted for you.
